Summary DataFrame generation for budget allocation results.

Access via budget optimizer wrapper:

samples = optimizer.allocate_budget(...)
df = optimizer.summary.allocation_roas(samples=samples)

Or via BudgetPlots:

df = optimizer.plot.summary.allocation_roas(samples=samples)
